店铺授权—Shopify (英文版) | Shopify Store Authorization Guide for Dianxiaomi - Main & Staff Account
Important: A Shopify staff account must have Apps and channels permissions to complete the authorization.
Without these permissions, the Dianxiaomi app cannot be installed or authorized.
Operation Guide：
Method 1: Authorize Directly from Your Shopify Admin (Store Owner)
Step 1: Open the Dianxiaomi App Listing
Go to the Shopify App Store and search for Dianxiaomi , or visit the listing directly：
https://apps.Shopify.com/dianxiaomi?locale=zh-CN&st_source=autocomplete，select the Dianxiaomi (店小秘) app.
Step 2: Install and Authorize the App
1. Click Add app.
2. Log in with your Shopify store credentials (email and password, or use a login key).
3. Click Install app.
4. You will be redirected to the Dianxiaomi login page. Complete the login to finish the authorization.
Step 3: Confirm the Authorization
After successful authorization, the store will appear in your Dianxiaomi dashboard.
You can view the store information and customize the store name for easier identification within the system.
If you prefer not to share your own login credentials, create a staff account for your supplier.
The staff account must have the correct permissions to install and authorize the Dianxiaomi app.
Step 1: Access Staff Account Settings
1. Log in to your Shopify main account admin.
2. Click Settings (at the bottom left corner of the menu).
3. Click Account (or "Users and permissions").
Step 2: Add a Staff Account
1. Scroll down to the Accounts and permissions section.
2. Under Staff accounts, click the Add staff account button.
Step 3: Set Permissions and Send Invite
1. Enter the Email and Name of the staff member (your supplier).
2. Scroll down to permissions and check the following boxes (as shown in Image 2):
① Orders (Check "Edit orders")
② Products
③ Customers (And its sub-permissions)
④ Themes (Under Online Store)
⑤ Manage and install apps and channels (Under Apps and channels - Highly Important for Dianxiaomi to work)
3. Click Send invite.
Step 4: Accept Invitation & Create Account
1. Go to the email inbox of the new staff account.
2. Look for the invitation email from Shopify (if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder).
3. Click the Create staff account button in the email.
Step 5: Fill in Account Details
On the "Create an account" page, fill in the required information:
1. Email (pre-filled)
2. First name and Last name
3. Create a Password and Confirm password.
4. Click Create account to complete the setup and log in.
